The holiday house Country Villa Collazzone consists of 2 separate stone buildings connected by an exterior staircase and a porch and is rented out as a whole. The characteristic wood beams, the cotto floors and the period furniture create a warm, comfortable and homy atmosphere. Excellent finish and decoration. All modern comforts.
The main house, on 2 storeys, is divided as follows: on the ground floor there are a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large sitting room with a fire place and a double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom; on the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The other unit is on the 1st floor over the portico and there are 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 sitting/dining room with double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 lovely terraces with breathtaking views over the surrounding hilly countryside. All rooms are very spacious and bright. Big garage for the guests’ cars.
Country Villa Collazzone is situated about 450 m above sea level in enchanting location with panoramic views over the hills of the ancient towns of Todi, Pantalla, Montecastello di Vibio, Marsciano, Collazzone and Perugia.
