The 2-storey-house with 5 bedrooms sleeps up to 8 persons (approx. 300 sqm) is divided as follows: on the ground floor large sitting room with fire place and dining area, kitchen, food storage, 1 bathroom and 1 single bedroom. On the 1st floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 large terrace.
Farmhouse Umbertide is completed by approx. 3 Ha land and is completely fenced. There is a large private swimming pool (m 7x14, depth from 1.20 to 2.30m) in the well tended garden which surrounds the house. On a scenic and peaceful site with breathtaking views over the surrounding intact hilly countryside between the charming ancient hilltop town Montone and within easy reach of Umbertide (10 minutes by car from the E45 dual carriage way exit), Perugia 15 km, Assisi 35 km, Lake Trasimeno 20 km.
