Villa Siena looks out onto the skyline of Siena in the distance, standing on a hill with a pleasing view onto the surrounding hills, the Villa Siena is a perfect location for sophisticated art and country travellers. Especially larger parties (10 - 14 persons) will enjoy this wonderful place, which leaves enough room for manifold interest. The drive to Villa Siena is already an experience. Taking the road from Siena towards the castle of Belcaro, the elegant urban architecture slowly gives way to a typically Tuscan landscape of gentle hills covered in vineyards and olive groves. Once arrived at your destination you enter the protected garden of Villa Siena, surrounded by a 1000 olive trees. The number of striking particularities of Il Pantanino are such, that one is uncertain about which to cite first.

Is it the spectacular location, only 5 kms from Siena, surrounded by olive groves, cypress trees and a couple of other famous villas in the distance, with breathtaking views onto the skyline of Siena, where the Palio takes it´s yearly turn?
Or is it the light and spacious dimension of the rooms? One meets in the librabry with fire-place, the kitchen with fireplace, the living room or the breakfast room. French windows open up onto the lawn with magnificent lemon trees in antique terracotta pots. Or is it the gentle spirit of time passed which casts serenity over Villa Pantanino, an atmosphere which the owners knowledgeably rescued while thoroughly refurbishing the house in 2002? (new kitchen and bathrooms, electric wiring and central heating, etc.) Art lovers will be exposed to an illimited choice of interesting excurtions. Siena above all, but also a number of historical gardens, medieval country churches and Renaissance villas are to be found in the nearest vicinity. Food lovers will no doubt succumb to the sophisticated simplicity of Tuscan cuisine, highlighted by the olive oil produced on the estate and the wines of the neighbouring properties. For those who need to excersize: 3 tennis courts are in less than a 10 minutes drive.

The Villa can be rented with 5 or 7 bedrooms. The rent includes 2 hours household help per day.
Ground floor : hall, library with open fireplace and painted ceilings, double living room with french windows into the garden, breakfast room,
dining room with painted walls and ceilings, kitchen with open fireplace and back door, 1 WC.
First floor: 3 double bedrooms,1 twin with en-suite bathroom,1 further twin bedroom (passage way),2 further bathrooms, 1 living room
Second floor: 1 double bedrooms,1 twin bedroom ,1 bathroom
Garden: terrace with table and chairs for drinks, large table for outdoor dining, pool (12 x 4,5 x 1,20 depth) equipped with sunbeds and deck-chairs
Inclusive: 2 hours household help per day, telephone,fax, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave,CD-stereo, TV with VHS player.
Upon request: further household help, a cook, a first shopping, baby cot and high chair.
