Villa Porto Santo Stefano is a very spacious modern style villa on a sheer cliff, near to the town center, with 180° views over the sea and bay, in a predominant position with a large private swimming pool of mt. 18 x 8 filled with sea water.

This unique vacation villa has large private grounds of 2 hectares, reaching the sea shore. The villa is around 850 sqm and comprises of 26 rooms including a large living room of around 130 sqm all facing the sea, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom and laundry room. You can feel the touch of the 80's. The furniture in the villa is adequate for summer rentals and tends towards the minimalist style.

Part of the villa was born by the recovery of an ancient bunker of the XVI century, where the stone walls are still visible.
