Casa Punta Nera is a wonderful family Holiday home located on a privileged spot right at a semi-private beach next to Porto Santo Stefano, Tuscany. This vacation house offers room for 6 persons in three spacious bedrooms.
You can enter the house from a private terrace where there is also room for private parking. A corridor gives access to all rooms inside; there are two bedrooms on your right and left hand side, both with double beds. One of them has an en-suite bathroom. At the end of the corridor you will find a nice and cosy living room with open kitchen next to it. An extra bathroom with shower is located right next to the double bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and from the living room you have wonderful views over the Monte Argentario coast line. Next to the living room there is another double bedroom with next to it a bathroom with shower. The living room gives access to a balcony that overlooks the sea and garden area behind the house.
Next to Casa Punta Nera there is a small path that gives access to a semi-private pebble stoned beach. The water here is crystal clear. Due to the secluded position this beach is only used by local habitants and this makes it the perfect place for families that want to be right on the beach in a safe environment, yet only a few steps away from the vibrant and luxury Porto Santo Stefano. Right next to the property there is a tunel (former railway) that leads to the center of Porto Santo Stefano. This makes is possible to reach this wonderful town on foot or by bike in a couple of minutes.
