This luxury retreat is an exceptional coastline vacation property with views of the Tuscan islands, located on the west coast of the Argentario with stunning views towards the Islands of Giglio, Elba, Montecristo, Giannutri and Corsica. Villa Cape Man has over 100m of private coastline and includes olive groves and vineyards that produce excellent wine and olive oil.

Villa Cape Man comprises a main villa of approximately 300 sqm in two parts joined by terraces. The upper level consists of an octagonal living room with 180 degree views with kitchen and service areas. The lower level has a master suite and four further bedroom suites. There is a further ensuite bedroom above the upper level. A further building provides staff accommodation with 2 bedrooms. There is Air conditioning throughout and unspoilt views of the sea from all the rooms. The 12m infinity pool has dramatic coastal views and is set on a terrace below the property with a summer kitchen, changing room with WC and shower. A path leads down to the water's edge. Spread across two levels of large, spacious traditional terracing, the property provides modern stylish accommodation in a unique, unspoilt location which would appeal to those looking for undisturbed, peaceful surroundings. The octagonal shaped main building houses the sitting/dining room with access through to an ultra modern kitchen, extremely well equipped complete with stainless steel surfaces, large ‘state of the art’ ovens and huge, American style fridges. Air-conditioned guest accommodation, each with bathroom or shower rooms ensuite, fridges and telephones in all rooms, provides ultimate comfort.

At Villa Cape Man an unobtrusvie caretaker couple ensure all needs are attended to. Outside, a sophisticated ‘alfresco dining room’ serves as a pleasant shaded area from the heat of the day, whilst truly coming into its own at night with romantic views to a starlit sky, waves lapping on the rocks and Giglio island romantically silhouetted against the horizon. Whatever the time of day we consider this a perfect position to enjoy a refreshing glass of white wine made from the owner’s personal cantina and more importantly from the vines you see in front of you. For more energetic individuals there is a steepish 10 minute walk downhill to the private beach platform or alternatively for those less inclined to physical exertion it is a 3 minute drive. Here you can swim off rocks in the sea and follow it with a fantastic lunch in the club restaurant. A truly exceptional property in a spectacular location.
