Country Villa Manciano is a wonderful Holiday farmhouse sleeping up to 10 persons located in the heart of the attractive Tuscany Maremma area, between the thermal baths of Saturnia and the unspoiled beaches of the Monte Argentario.
The young and energetic host Giulia lives next door and she, together with her parents, has put all her energy into this cosy, but spacious vacation villa. The structure is a typical old Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by 20 Ha of land, partially cultivated with a quality vineyard. Country villa Manciano is for the traveler that wants to experience a true country side holiday yet being very close to the wonderful beaches Feniglia and the Monte Argentario. The villa offers no excessive luxury and is never overdone. Good taste, authentic and service are the keywords that describe the farmhouse.
You enter the villa and step into a large double living room with a large fire place with comfortable sofas. A large stone arch divides the the two parts and the other side offers a large dining table suitable for 10 persons. French doors give access to a large paved terrace with amazing views over the Tuscan country side. From the living room you can access the large fully equipped live-in kitchen. Also here you have access to the same terrace. From the living room steps lead to the 4 bedrooms; two on the left hand side and two on the right hand side. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms also have an extra third bed. The bedrooms are decorated in a classic, almost British, country style.
Country Villa Manciano is surrounded by a paved wooden floor with on the West side a very nice pergola where you can sit and eat al-fresco. A barbecue and lounge chairs complete the terrace. During the summer months there is also a round stand up pool available so a nice fresh dip in the country side is possible.
This part of the Maremma is knows for its stunning views over the rolling hills. From here one can visit several attractions all within 30 minutes drive, like the thermal baths of Saturnia, Manciano with its nice old historical center, Scansano, center of the quality Morellino di Scansano wines, Monte Argentario with the two famous towns Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano.
