Serragli 22 is a charming apartment, perfect for a couple, in typical Florentine style with wooden beams, located across the Arno River near the famous “Carmine Church”. This part of Florence is without doubt authentic and a nice welcome for the tourist that is looking for original locations within walking distance from the center. Home of the most important antique stores of the city, it’s about 10 minutes walking distance from the Central train station of Santa Maria Novella. Our apartment is on the first floor of a historic house overlooking a typical and lively road with many stores, restaurants, cafés and wine bars. There is no lift in the building.
Completely and tastefully restored in 2006 with terracotta floors, wooden beams and cast iron, the apartment includes an entrance hall, a cosy and large living room with a sofa-bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a loft with a kingsize bed and a private bathroom with shower. It can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests. The apartment offers a full range of modern facilities such as airconditioning, heater, TV, fridge with small freezer, microwave, dishes, pots & pans, glasses & cutlery, coffee maker and a washing machine.
