PONTE VECCHIO SUITES was inaugurated in January 2002 as an exclusive project of Design residences, it is an innovative formula experimented and proposed by the hotel management company owned by the Ferragamo family. Ponte Vecchio Suites is part of the international network called “Small Luxury Hotels of the World”.
The concept of Ponte Vecchio Suites is based on the idea of giving tourists and businessmen the sensation of having a home in Florence without giving up the services and comforts of a hotel.
Ponte Vecchio Suites are directly facing the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio with its unique location offers the guests the privacy of an independent apartment together with hotel services and exclusive room service supplied by (The Fusion Bar) SHOZAN - GALLERY.
44 suites consisting of studio suites, one bedroom and two bedroom suites with surface areas ranging from 431 to 862 square feet, were projects catering to the needs of the international clientele. They offer a range of updated equipment and business services, among which are: Internet/SAT TV, DVD/CD player, high speed connection to the internet, voice mail, working stations complete with PC, printer, photocopy and fax machine.
The style and care of the decor of all the suites have a contemporary personality. A smart and functional design that is the natural evolution of the contemporary demands. The neutral tones that are used in the different rooms are scattered with touches of colour, from aquamarine to coral upholstery, and draw close to the light tones of the furnishings in teak. The domestic spaces are fully equipped and include the complete coordinates for the kitchen and table, the espresso machine, the microwave oven, the refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as a supply of products used for breakfast and coffee breaks that enrich the continental breakfast served directly in the apartment. At the arrival, the “welcoming tray” offers all the ingredients to prepare a tasty plate of pasta.
Grocery food may be ordered and delivered to the suite. This service is accompanied by Lungarno Hotel’s recipe pamphlet which completes the array of services offered.
PONTE VECCHIO SUITES is first and foremost comfort: reception service 24 hours a day, concierge, housekeeping service twice a day. On request limousine, valet parking and video conference systems are also available to the guests.
