Apartment Fiorentino (about 40 sq. meters) is located on the second floor of an ancient palace in the historical center of Florence, a few steps from SS. Annunziata square and a 2 minutes by walk from the Douomo square.

The apartment is made up by a living/dining room, a bedroom with 2 beds or a double bed(the 2 beds can be joined), bathroom with a shower, a small kitchen (with fridge and freezer, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron). Other supplies: hair dryer, air conditioning and electric heating.

The position of this Holiday apartment is excellent for walking trough the many streets and for visiting monuments and museums in Florence, like the Accademia, San Marco and Beato Angelico, the Brunelleschi's Loggia degli Innocenti and a little further (10-15 minutes walking) the worldwide famous Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery.

Florence is an open air museum: all around you will find ancient monuments, statues, palazzi, fountains, breathtaking views or romantic corners. From the apartment you can reach in a few moments small restaurants and 'trattorie' where you can eat outside "all'aria aperta".

The flat is located in a restricted traffic area. Florence airport is at a distance of 8km and the railway station at 2km. For long periods (more than 1 week) utilities are not included. Pets are not allowed. No smoking allowed in the apartment.
