Vacation Villa Rental with Private Pool - Amalfi Coast Italy

Villa Praiano is a splendid 160-square-meter (about 1,722 square feet) villa with private swimming pool, air conditioning, large terraces, garden, and a spectacular view of the sea. It can sleep eleven people. It’s situated in the central and pedestrian area of Praiano.

This fantastic holiday villa has three large bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed. There’s also a living-room with a double divan bed, four bathrooms with shower, a large kitchen, and spacious outdoor spaces

The villa with its large terraces, pool and fitness looks out on the sea. The terrace is shaded by a white cover, and it looks onto the blue of the sea. On the terrace you will have a table with chairs, masonry benches, a white hammock, and a barbecue corner. From this terrace you can reach the interior of the villa, which is all distributed on the same floor. The kitchen is right next to the terrace, which you will find quite convenient to prepare meals outdoors.

A second and even larger terrace is the one on the top of the villa. You reach it through an outdoor staircase. you access a 200-square-meter (about 2,153 square feet) terrace facing the sea and the sky. On this terrace you will have the swimming pool and the access to the garden. The terrace is equipped with two large white umbrellas and several deck chairs. In an angle you will also have a wooden gazebo furnished with a comfortable and elegant couch and wicker armchairs. There is a small fitness corner with professional equipment. Not suitable for children. The swimming pool is close to a white wall from which water falls into the pool. The terrace and the swimming pool are strikingly lit at night. You will appreciate spending several hours in the place to either suntan or enjoy the sunset. The swimming is 7 x 4 meters (about 20 x 13 feet) large and open all year round.

The interior of Villa Praiano is spread on the same floor. It consists of large rooms with thick walls and high vaulted ceilings, typical of the eighteenth-century houses of the coast.. The living-room is a large room illuminated by a large arched glass window which takes the whole wall. Through such window all you can see is the sea and the sky.

In the living-room you will have a double sofa bed, armchairs, a table with chairs, an angle furnished as a home bar, and a beautiful stone fireplace. Next to the living-room there is the spacious and beautiful kitchen, where you will have a five-burner stove, an oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, and small electrical appliances. Near the living-room, you will have a bathroom with shower which also features a washing machine.

A small corridor separates the living-room from the three bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious, with a double bed and a single bed in all of them. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have a gracious small private terrace overlooking the sea. The third bedroom features a window.

Praiano is a fairly quintessential italian village located amongst the hullabaloo of the the neighboring towns. You will find many of the local towns people gathering in the squares of Chiesa San Luca and San Gennaro, especially in the evening. The children will often be playing soccer. Enjoy the many walks, vistas, footpaths and aromas throughout the town. Town that is quite different from others on the coast because of it's original italian spirit not spoiled by huge amounts of tourists.

• There are two beaches in Praiano. The first is called Marina di Praia, located between two rock formations but lacking sun in the afternoon, and the other is called La Gavitella, the only beach on the Amalfi Coast with sun exposure all day (betw.9,30am to 8,00 pm during summer time).
