The advantage of Praino is that it gets sunlight until late in the evening and it is not as crowded as Positano or Amalfi.
Holiday Boutique Villa Praiano Pool is a 500 sq meters in size and dates back to the 18th century with many of the architectural details being maintained. The owners travel a lot and have gathered a lot of beautiful pieces of antique, all with a Mediterranean touch.
This Boutique Villa works according to the concept of a luxury residence and at the same time a private villa. You have the entire villa at your disposal and someone will make breakfast and even diner upon request. A house keeper will be at your disposal 24 hours per day. Breakfast is served at the time you prefer.
This vacation Villa is intelligently constructed with many surprising angles and split levels. You enter the Villa in a large hall. In front of you, you will see a very large and professional kitchen used also for cooking lessons. The hall also can be used as diner room. From here you can enter the living room next door in which a mezzanine is made with a double bed. On the ground level there is also a room with a single bed. From the Mezzanine you can go to the swimming pool and one of the many terraces. The upper terrace offers breath taking views and is a lovely place to enjoy an aperitivo and to have a barbeque.
Next to the swimming pool you can find a real sauna with amenities. Upstairs in the Villa you will find two master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and with direct sea views. Boutique Villa Praiano Pool is an ideal place to have a very private and luxurious holiday close to the sea and close to both Positano and Amalfi. Cooking lessons can be organized. Also very suitable for special celebrations like weddings.
