Masseria Cipriano is built in an enchanting corner of Campania Region, in the midst of 12 Ha of hazelnuts, olives, oranges and lotus trees garden. At the gateway along the tree line road our body is caught by a sense of tranquility. The Masseria is located in the district of San Cipriano Picentino, a charming place in the Park of Picentini Mountains between the history, the archeology, the sea and countryside of our region: from the Masseria,Paestum, Velia, the Cilento coastline, Padula, Pompei, the Vesuvius, Amalfi Coast, Capri, Ischia, Salerno and Naples are easily reachable in less than 1 hour.

This quality resort is composed of 3 buildings: the ancient Manor House, the Pink House where the farmers lived in the past, and the "Last Born House", once one of tobacco's drying houses. This unique combination of rooms and apartments make the Masseria Cipriano the perfect place for ceremonies like weddings.

Start your trip between the perfume of orange flowers in spring, in the green park of hazelnut trees in summer with the smell of just prepared olive oil, in the landscape of red colored leaves of lotus trees in autumn and enjoy the elegance and cheerfulness that the Masseria will give you. You can walk in the park with the sound of the brook and the fountains and read in the shadow of a nut tree. People passionate in sport can ride Mountain Bikes, go trekking in the surrounding woods or go horse riding. When you're tired you can have a rest in the open - air living room near the swimming pool and drink a good glass of wine or a fresh fruit milk shake. For people interested in history and archeology the most important places are really near the villa, and for passionate in seaside Amalfi and Cilento Coastlines are at the gateway.

The Manor House
The master farmer and his family lived once in the Manor House where there was a big living room with fireplace, a big kitchen and many bedrooms. It's composed of 3 floors; on the ground floor there is an elegant quality restaurant particular for its wooden floor, vault ceiling and wide arches, a big stone fireplace that makes the ambient warmer.

On the first floor (entrance on the north side) the wooden door brings you to the living room and reading room where breakfast made with the products of the masseria is served. You can taste the excellent lotus marmalade of Mrs. Elisabetta and the "ciambellone" and the aniceed biscuits of Paola. From the same entrance you can visit 3 of our double rooms with every kind of comfort. On the same level there are 2 apartements organized on 2 floors. On the ground floor there are the living room with fireplace and the kitchen with dining room, on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the apartments 4 people + 1 can comfortably stay. Both have central heating, air conditioned, tv, hair dryer, safe and balcony with view on the countryside. The ancient furnishings of the family hold the atmosphere of the old Manor House.

The Pink House
This was the ancient house where the farmers lived. On the ground floor there were the stables and wheat warehouses and on the upper floors the farmers and their families lived. Nowadays this house is composed of 3 junior suites and 3 standard double rooms with air conditioned, central heating, tv, phone, mini - bar, safe and hair dryer. Everything respects the old atmosphere. On the ground floor each junior suite has a lodge in the countryside. From the balconies and the terrace of the upper floors you can enjoy a relaxing panorama.

The Last Born House
In the old past tobacco was the most important cultivation of the masseria that now is cultivated with hazelnuts and olive trees. When tobacco was perfectly dry it was transformed. Nowadays one of these drying houses is a wonderful house developed on 2 levels with 2 junior suites, 5 double rooms and the reception. This is the first building you meet when you go along the tree line road. In this building you can appreciate the elegant architecture of this area: high wooden ceiling, old chestnut wood beams, brick floor and elegant furniture. The rooms in this building have the same comforts of the other rooms and furthermore DSL connection 24H.

This year Masseria Cipriano will also have a Beauty Farm and with this extra amenity the Masseria Cipriano will be one of the most complete quality resorts in the entire region that offer a superb vacation for those who want to try something different yet being close to all the major attractions of the area.
