The house, located in southern Puglia, more precisely in the Salento area, is surrounded by a garden that faces the town's small harbour. From the garden a beautiful double stairway leads to the loggia from where you can enjoy a pleasant view of the town and the sea. DISTANCES: Within a radius of 100 m is a small port, bathing areas (no beaches) and grocery shops, Tricase 3 km (all kinds of shops), Otranto 30 km, Lecce 45 km, tennis and swimming pool 3 km, airport 75 km (Brindisi).
