Apartment for 5 people with 1 bedroom
Located in Trastevere, Rome
Priced from € 140.00 per night
Trastevere Fratte is a vacation apartment of approximately 90 square meters and is an ideal property for a family of up to five people or for two couples and is located in one of Trastevere's prime locations: next to the number 8 tram stop and in walking distance to all main sites in Trastevere and Rome itself. Campo dei Fiori is only a short 10 minute walk.
You walk into an elegant palazzo that has recently been renovated inside and out and walk up a flight of steps to the first floor. As you walk into this Holiday apartment you will find yourself in a central hallway from where all the rooms lead off. To your left you enter a spacious and bright living-room and dining room where there is a comfortable and easy-to-use double sofa bed as well as a dining table for up to six. In this very spacious room we can add a roll-away bed for a fifth person. This room has tall ceilings and is very bright as it has two sets of double doors leading onto a narrow balcony from where you can enjoy the site of the activities going on in the cobble stoned streets of Trastevere.
To the right of the hallway you walk into the live-in kitchen which has all major appliances including a microwave, washing machine and american coffee maker. From the kitchen you can enter a cosy terrace with views over the characteristic roof tops of ancient Rome. The terrace is suitable to have meals.
Continuing through through the other side of the terrace you enter the bedroom with en suite service bathroom (wc, sink and bidet only). The bedroom can of course also be accessed via the main hallway and has two single beds which can be turned into a comfortable double bed. There is also a closed and plenty of space for clothing. Leaving the bedroom you walk bask into the hallway having completed a full circle. To the left is a bathroom with a large Jacuzzi bathtub and shower.

We enjoyed our stay in Trastevere very much. The apartment was very nice, everthing I imagined. I loved the patio! We found the neighborhood to be quite friendly, the restaurants to be good, and we loved that it didn't feel quite so busy as being real near any of the big sights. It was close to everything - groceries, restaurants, shops, and the bus and train lines. It was my favorite apartment on our trip.
