At 100 meters from the main door you will find the tram N° 8 that connects this accommodation with the centre of the city, the railway station and with all important sites within 10 minutes. The apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet street. It is very recommended for disabled or people with difficulty walking for there are no steps to take. The largest public park Villa Doria Pamphili is within 10 minutes walk and this is where the Romans gather to have a picknick or to go running and escape from the busy city life.

Monteverde Nuovo features a large living room furnished with two sofa beds, a double bedroom with a bathroom next to it and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
