Casa Gianicolo Trastevere is an authentic Holiday home with a lot of character. It offers basically all a family on Holiday can hope for; balconies with views, terrace with bbq, 2 bedrooms, spacious kitchen, elevator, air conditioning in the master bedroom, washing machine and wifi internet, piano. Free parking in front of the door. All this at only 5 minutes from Trastevere. Tram 8 runs next door and brings you in 10 minutes at Largo Argentina.
The master bedroom is spacious and suitable for 2 persons. The studio-bedroom is normally used for 1 or 2 children. The sofa in the living can also be used for 1 or 2 persons. The apartment is exposed on 2 sides by the sunlight, facing southing-west so basically there is light all day long.
The Trastevere train station is at walking distance. Parking is for free, but you will need to circle a bit to find a spot.This luxury residential area is known for its fantastic park called Villa Pamphili. Being the largerst park inside Rome, one can walk for hours and children can play safely. There is also a nice bistrot inside the park with a great lunch buffet.
As one can see on the photo's this is a real home with personal belongings so a refundable damage deposit of Euro 300,- will be asked for on arrival. Minimum stay is 5 nights. Available only bey request.
