Casa Bracciano is homely holiday house at the famous lake Bracciano, just 30km away from the center of Rome and 18km away from the sea. This vacation place is the ideal spot for the traveller that wants to be in the country side next to a crystal clear lake and within short distance from Rome, Viterbo and the Mediterranean sea.
The house has a beautiful private entrance and the property is surrounded by well maintained lawn and olive trees. There is a little cottage (30m2) in the garden where two people can sleep on a sofa bed. In the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen corner. Next to the kitchen there is a private bathroom with shower.
Outside, next to the cottage there is pizza oven. The cottage is separated from the main house by a small garden where one can sit and have diner or breakfast. In the main house there are two double bedrooms that share a completely refurbished bathroom with shower. Both rooms are decorated elegantly with antique furniture and a library made out of rich wood.
From a hall-way, stairs go up to the second level where you'll find a very large attic. This room has two single beds and is meant for children since the roof top is not really high.
The house is surrounded by olive trees, plants and flowers and from here you can look over the lake and on the other side towards the Castle of Bracciano (where Tom Cruise got married). The proprietors live next to the property and will assist you with everything you need. The beach of the lake is only 200 meters away and the Lake Bracciano is known for its clear and unspoiled water for moterboats are not allowed. The lake offers many tourist and sport attractions like sailing, surfing and kayaking. The center of Bracciano can be easily reached by car, by foot or with the bus that stops in front of the house. From Bracciano there is a train that brings you to Rome center in 40 minutes.
